Gemma believes in values-led work to help improve the lives of other people and make a difference to individuals and communities.
Gemma has worked in education for 17 years as a drama and creative media teacher and has 7 years of leadership and management experience as an Assistant Headteacher.
Gemma is the director of Generate Theatre Company, a drama-based company working with a variety of people offering workshops to support social and emotional development to all that attend.
Gemma works with Taye Training as a Training 4 Influence mentor, supporting facilitators through the Training 4 Influence course. Within Gemma’s professional and personal life, she thrives on helping the community; whether that be in through creative outlets such as theatre productions, charity and volunteering or just supporting friends and family. Gemma is delighted to be asked to be a judge on the National Facilitators award, recognising those extraordinary facilitators who make a difference.
